Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the public Mcraftr website and public demo operated by DeployFaith. They do not automatically govern third-party self-hosted deployments of the open-source software.

Operator: DeployFaith
Last updated: March 26, 2026

Scope

These terms apply to the hosted Mcraftr website and public demo operated by DeployFaith.

Self-hosted copies of Mcraftr are separate. The open-source software itself remains governed by its repository license, and self-hosted operators are responsible for their own deployments.

What the Service Is

The hosted website and public demo are provided so users can learn about Mcraftr and evaluate the product. The public demo may be more limited than private or self-hosted environments.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, overload, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the hosted website or public demo.

You also agree not to use the hosted service for unlawful activity or to upload malicious, infringing, or abusive content through any features that may be enabled in the hosted environment.

Accounts and Access

If the hosted demo provides account access, you are responsible for how you use your credentials.

Demo access may be limited, reset, suspended, or removed at any time for operational, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Demo Limitations

The public demo is for evaluation and testing. Features may be limited, data may be temporary, and DeployFaith does not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability.

Demo data may be reset or removed without notice.

Open Source and Self-Hosting

Mcraftr is open source and can be self-hosted. If you self-host it, you are responsible for your own deployment, server integrations, storage, logs, uploads, access controls, and security.

DeployFaith is not operating third-party self-hosted copies unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Third-Party Servers and Integrations

Users are responsible for their own Minecraft servers, RCON access, plugins, mods, Relay API integrations, Beacon configuration, and infrastructure.

DeployFaith does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party integration.

No Warranty and Liability

The hosted website, public demo, and open-source software are provided on an as is and as available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployFaith is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the hosted website, demo, or software.

Changes and Contact

DeployFaith may change the service, restrict access, suspend the demo, or update these terms over time.
